Ron Harrold (King Electric Signs) on behalf of Wendy's, submitted a Planned Sign Program Application
for Treasure Valley Eusiness Park No. 1 on 6/10/04. This letter outlines my review and approval notes
of the Planned Sign Program.
The number and types of approved signage are as follows:
Center /Commercial Sicrns
® Total of aiiowed Center/Commercial type signs = 2 (1 on Olive Ave. ~ 1 on Eagle Rd.)
® These will be applied for at a later date and will require separate sign permits.
Single t3uilding Signs (the smaller signs to identify each individual building in the proiecfl
® Total of allowed Single Euilding type signs =1 (Wendy's)
® King Electric Signs is applying for and is approved for this sign.
Wall Signs
® The 4 wall signs for Wendy's are approved with this application.
® Each tenant will be allowed wall signs in accordance with MCC. Each of these future signs will
require separate sign permits.
Sign Setbacks
The setbacks for the free®standing sign(s) are approved as shown on the Site Plan. The free-standing
signs meet the minimum one foot setback on the front property line and five-foot setback on the side
property line.

Subject to issuance by the City of Meridian for a sign permit. Landlord shall include a copy of
the Planned Sign Program in the lease for each individual tenant. Each tenant's sign shall consist
of individual mounted, illuminated pan channel letters, mounted on a raceway with the raceway
being painted to match the fascia color. No individual tenant wall sign shall exceed 9% of the
wall area. Signs shall be approved by landlord prior to installation and permitting through the
City of Meridian. Installation of landlord approved signs shall be within forty five (45) days of
receiving sign permit from City of Meridian. The style, materials, color and other design criteria
shall comply with the landlords and the Planned Sign Program approved for the Treasure Valley
Business Center. Additionally, landlord shall apply building standard tenant identification
lettering to the exterior of tenant's suite entry door. No other signs of any kind visible from
outside the premises shall be permitted.
