Planned Sign Program
February 5, 2008
The planned sign program is intended to provide guidelines for the multi-tenant professional
building known as "Treasure Valley Professional Center" located at 3045 E. St. Lukes Rd.
(1) One monument sign, with or without multi-tenant listing, is permitted at the
developer's discretion on each street frontage to identify the businesses within the
building (future). Size allowance and design will be based on current city code.
(2) One set of halo illuminated reverse pan channel letters are allowed on each of the
west and east elevations identifying the name of the building.
(3) Tenants are allowed wall signage on the north and south elevations to identify their
individual businesses and shall be designed as follows:
3" black, Helvetica, dimensional, square low-profile, non-illuminated, individual letters
Logo design and colors as approved on an individual basis
Logo size to be proportionate to letter size
Applied to building fascia over premises area
All signs subject to prior written approval
No other premises signs visible from exterior
(4) Tenants are responsible for acquiring all required city and local permits.
(5) Lease Inclusion: The provisions of this Planned Sign Program shall be included in
the Lease for each individual tenant.
