PH Noticing PZCITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 20, 2013, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications AZ 13- 006 by Jack's and Jesse Place, LLC for Annexation of 5.34 acres from RUT in Ada County to the L-O (Limited Office) (1.71 acres) and R-8 (Medium-density Residential) (3.63 acres) zoning districts AND PP 13-010 for Preliminary Plat approval consisting of three (3) office lots, twenty (20) residential lots and three (3) common lots on approximately 4.52 acres in a proposed L-O and R-8 zoning districts for Jack's Place Subdivison generally located east side of S. Meridian Road, approximately %< mile north of E. Victory Road. A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Community Development Department, 33 E.
