A special pre-council meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 5:15
p.m., Tuesday, May 7, 2013, by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: David Zaremba, Keith Bird, Charlie Rountree, Brad Hoaglun.
Members Absent: Mayor De Weerd (arrived during Exec)
Item 1: Roll-call Attendance:
Roll call.

Hoaglun: Okay. I will go ahead and call this precouncil meeting to order. Today's date
is Tuesday, May 7t". It's 5:15 p.m. I will start with roll call attendance, Madam Clerk.
Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda Adopted
Hoaglun: Thank you. Item No. 2 is adoption of the agenda.
Bird: Move we adopt the precouncil meeting as printed.
Rountree: Second.
Hoaglun: I have a motion and a second. All those in favor say aye. All ayes. Motion
carried.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
Item 3: Executive Session Per Idaho State Code 67-2345 (1)(c)(~: (c) To
