The proposed use for this property is for a Gold's Gym health club/gym. This is a smaller version of the
Gold's Gym facilities which have previously been located in the Boise/Meridian market. This proposed
facility is 23,562 square feet. It will consist of cardia equipment, weight equipment, aerobics classes,
spin classes, a cardio cinema, locker rooms, a few tanning beds, and offices.. It will be open for business
24 hours a day during the week and will close during the late night hours on the weekends.'
