Applicant Response to Staff ReportMachelle Hill From: Mike Wardle <MWardle@brightoncorp.com> Sent: Tuesday, June 04, 2013 10:10 AM To: Jaycee Holman; Machelle Hill; Jacy Jones Cc: Sonya Watters Subject: RE: Paramount Northeast Sub Following a thorough review of the Paramount Northeast staff report and the Site Specific Conditions of Approval, we concur with staff's recommendation for annexation, zoning and preliminary plat approval, as proposed, with the following comments: Condition 1.1.1. first bullet -The requested conceptual development plan will be provided in "bubble plan" form, identifying potential uses, subject to modification with subsequent detailed project submittals. Condition 1.1.4 -The required "amenity" has already been provided in the form of a proposed ten- foot regional pathway along Director Street. It is accurately depicted in the preliminary plat and landscape plan, but labeled only in two of the pre-plat street sections. The pre-plat also provides accurate calculations for 3.11 acres (11.496) of "qualified" open space in the form of common lots (1.04 ac.) and 8-foot planter strips (2.08 ac.).
