Re: AZ 13-005 and PP 13 -008 Paramount Northeast Subdivision
The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced annexation, zoning and
preliminary plat application for the Paramount Northeast Subdivision at US 20-26 (Chinden
Boulevard) west of Meridian Road. ITD has the following comments:
1) ITD has no objection to this application. The proposed project generates fewer trips than
the original concept plan and does not require any new access to the State Highway
System.
2) ITD anticipates the need for a minimum of 70-ft or fight-of-way south of the section line.
Additional right-of--way will be needed if the City requires sidewalk or roadway lighting
abutting the adjacent to the State Highway.
3) No new approaches to US 20-26 are reviewed or approved with this application.
If you have any questions, you may contact Matt Ward at 334-8341 or me at 334-8377.
Sincerely,
