PH Noticing PZCITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 6, 2013, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications AZ 13- 005 by Brighton Development, Inc. for Annexation and Zoning of 54.69 acres of land with C -C (17.68 acres); TN -C (31.27 acres); and R-8 (5.74 acres) zoning districts for Paramount Northeast Subdivision generally located Southwest corner of Chinden Boulevard and N.
