accept this application for Conditional Use far the Red Tail Apartments located at the
of South Meridian Road and East Victory Road. This multifamily development has been
ted to City Council during the annexation, rezoning, and prelim plat review process.
The Multi-Family Apartment project consists of a new 220 unit; approximately 238,250 sf
development located on 14.55 acres within the City of Meridian. The development will
encompass (20) apartment buildings with a combination of (40) 3 bed 3 bath units; (1.16) 2 bed 2
bath units; and (64) Ibed 1 bath units. Development will also include (5) &bay garage
structures, a community clubhouse with leasing center, pool area with cabana, on-site
maintenance shop, several covered ramadas, playground, and sports courts.
The design approach was to create quality livable housing integrated around a resort themed
village center. Structures will be constructed of quality materials, textures and complimenting
colors.
The project is ideally located to provide higher density housing in close proximity to many
Meridian businesses, services, and infrastructure. We feet this will be a positive addition to the
growing community of Meridian.
