Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment regarding the creation of these
four lots as no structures are being proposed.
However NMID would like to remind you that the District's Nine Mile Drain and Rutledge
Lateral course thru this property. The Nine Mile Drain has an easement of sixty feet (60');
thirty feet (30') each side of centerline. The Rutledge Lateral has an easement of forty-five
feet (45'); twenty-five feet (25') left and twenty feet (20') right of centerline facing
downstream.
These easements must be protected. Any encroachment without a signed License
Agreement and approved plan before any construction is started is unacceptable.
