Plans for this project have been approved by Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID).
The District's Ten Mile Stub Drain courses along the south boundary with an easement of
sixty-feet (60'); twenty-five feet (25') left and thirty-five feet (35') right side of centerline
facing downstream. This easement must be protected. Any encroachment without a
signed License Agreement and approved plan before any construction is started is
unacceptable.
