However Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) is concerned about what is being proposed for the irrigation to this site. NMID has twice previously requested plans and a Land Use Change Application for this project once approved for development. All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) must review drainage plans. The Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805. ITD has the following comments: 1) ITD has no objection to this application and requires no mitigation. The proposed change to the development agreement does not impact the State Highway System.
