Thank you for your assistance in this Paramount "noticing." The PSA seems to be the most realistic way to address this
matter.
For your comfort and information, I am providing [1"] a copy of the newsletter that went to all Paramount residents on
January 18th—in addition to the 300 -foot mailing; and [2"d] the meeting notice that was attached to the
newsletter. Thus, all Paramount were "noticed" by 300 -foot mailing and electronically.

Subject: Paramount Development Agreement Modification & Project Expansion
Brighton will soon submit applications to the City of Meridian for modification of the number of single-
family units allowed by the current Development Agreement, and for an expansion of the Paramount
project into the northeasterly area of the square -mile section, as depicted below. Those applications will
include annexation and zoning of additional property, along with a 74 lot preliminary plat (see schematic
back of this sheet).
An "open -house" has been scheduled to provide the opportunity to meet with Brighton representatives
to review this development proposal in greater detail.

Thank you Monty Prow for chairing the Paramount
Neighborhood Watch for so many years. Much has been
accomplished, and we applaud your efforts. In order to
keep this program running, we are now looking for
someone to fill those shoes. If you are interested in this
position, it requires only a couple hours a month, and
you may contact Ann Marie Baird for more info.
Events Committee
Thank you to all those who helped with coordinating,
setting up, taking down, and passing out flyers for
community events. There is a lot of work that goes on
behind the scenes, and our volunteers are greatly
appreciated. With that said, we are looking to expand
our group of volunteers and bring in some new people.
