A special pre-council meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 5:00
p.m., Tuesday, April 16, 2013, by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, Brad Hoaglun, Charlie Rountree, Keith
Bird, David Zaremba.

De Weerd: Okay. I will go ahead and call this meetin~q to order. It is a special meeting
of the City Council. Today's date is Tuesday, April 16t . It's 5:00 p.m. I will start with
roll call attendance, Madam Clerk.

De Weerd: Thank you. Item No. 2 is adoption of the agenda.
Hoaglun: Madam Mayor?
De Weerd: Mr. Hoaglun.
Hoaglun: I move adoption of the special meeting agenda as printed.
Rountree: Second.
De Weerd: I have a motion and a second. All those in favor say aye. All ayes. Motion
carried.

Bird: I move we go into Executive Session as per Idaho State Code 67-2345(1)(f).
