However; if and surface drainage leaves the site, the Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District
'(NMID) r~gtiir~s""~ha't a`Land Use Change Application is filed for review prior to final platting.
Please contact Suzy Hewlett at 466-7861 for further information.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. The developer must comply with Idaho Code

Re: CPAM12-007, AZ13-003, PP13-007 for the Woodburn West Subdivision
The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced comprehensive plan
amendment, zoning and preliminary plat application for Woodburn West Subdivision west of
Meridian Road and north of Ustick Road. ITD has the following comments:
1) ITD has no objection to these applications. The proposed rezone generates a similar
number of vehicle trips as the city's overall plan and does not require any new access to
the State Highway System.
[f you have any questions, you may contact Matt Ward at 334-8341 or me at 334-8377.
