ITD has the following comments: 1) ITD has no objection to a local jurisdiction's development agreements. The proposed change to the comprehensive plan requires no ITD-related mitigation. 2) ITD has an access management plan for SH-69 (Meridian Road). The applicants should be aware that the site access on SH-69 may be restricted to right-in/right-out operation as the plan is implemented.
