Please consider this email as formal request to withdrawal the previously submitted Preliminary Plat. As you are aware
we are including an additional parcel. Revisions and re-submittals are forthcoming in the near future per our meeting
and the Pre Application Meeting Notes. In the interim, I am attaching our Pre- Submittal Plat for your review and
thoughts. You will note that changes have been made to reflect yours, Bruce's, Caleb's and most importantly the
Neighbors comments. I have also taken into consideration ACHD's comments (Mindy is cc'ed in this email). In the event
you would like to have another meeting, I am happy to meet and please indicate what works best for you.
Also, please consider this email as formal request to continue the Rezone and Comprehensive Land Use Map
Amendment applications to May 16th, 2013 as discussed.
Bruce -
As discussed, the attachment illustrates a 30' easement for water/sewer to Ustick. This has been agreed to by the
sellers.
Bruce/Caleb -
I am currently working on a Master Layout Concept for the remaining properties to the South along Ustick so we can
all see how things will work in conjunction with the sewer, access points, Comp Plan, Zoning and Woodburn West. I
anticipate that everyone involved would agree that this is well thought out.... however, I welcome any and all concerns
and/or questions.
Mindy -
I believe what I have come up with is reflective of our conversations but want to confirm as well. I will also include you
in transmittal of the Concept Plan for remaining parcels to the South as I believe you have the largest stake and/or
interest
in this.... Access will be aligned with 12th street at Southwick Sub.
