A preliminary plat proposal for Oak Leaf Development is under consideration by The City of
Meridian. This small subdivision has frontage on Sugar Tree Drive in Meridian. Oak leaf Development
Inc. has proposed serving this sewer from the property to the east owned by Lion land LLC. The purpose
of this letter is to confirm that Lion Land, LLC supports this approach which will be implemented at the
time the development of our parcel of ground takes place.
