Attached are the Planning & Zoning Commission's recommendations and the staff report for the proposed Heron Ridge
Estates Subdivision (File #AZ-13-002, PP-13-006 and ALT-13-007). These items are scheduled to be on the City Council
agenda on April 23, 2012. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 7:00 pm.
