Bill,
After reviewing the variance request, I would concur with staff if I am correct:
They already have access onto Linder Road;
Access to Chinden even with a right in /right out/ at high speed without an acceleration /deceleration lane would add
excess potential danger to a State Highway that is not needed.
Recommend that we not approve.
