This development is located a third of a mile east of Locust Grove Road in Meridian. This development is 11.85 acres and is zoned R-8, and already has sewer, water, joint trench, bridge access (spanning the canal), and pressurized irrigation stubbed to accommodate the density and use. This development will have 41 residential lots, and is approved for single family residential use. This will be the second time extension for this property. The last time extension for this development was approved on October 4, 2011 expiring (July 12, 2013). Unfortunately due to the downturn of the market during 2012 the property was unable to be developed. Conger Management Group are planning on doing a phase within the next year, but are not ready to file a final plat by the end of the current time extension.
