RE: Request for Time Extension of Bellingham Park No.4
Dear Planning Staff:
On behalf of the Conger Management Group, please accept this request for a one year Time
Extension for the Bellingham Park No 4. This development is located a third of a mile east of
Locust Grove Road in Meridian. This development is 11.85 acres and is zoned R-8, and already
has sewer, water, joint trench, bridge access (spanning the canal), and pressurized irrigation
stubbed to accommodate the density and use. This development will have 41 residential lots,
and is approved for single family residential use.
This will be the second time extension for this property. The last time extension for this
development was approved on October 4, 2011 expiring (July 12, 2013). Unfortunately due to
the downturn of the market during 2012 the property was unable to be developed. Conger
Management Group are planning on doing a phase within the next year, but are not ready to file
a final plat by the end of the current time extension. We hope to have everything ready to file
and begin building by the end of this year or early next year. We therefore request your approval

COMMITMENT OF PROPERTY POSTING
Per Unified Development Code (UDC) 11-SA-SD, the applicant for all applications requiring a
public hearing (except for a UDC text amendment, a Comprehensive Plan text amendment
and/or vacations) shall post the subject property not less than ten (10) days prior to the hearing.
The applicant shall post a copy of the public hearing notice of the application(s) on the property
under consideration.
The applicant shall submit proof of property posting in the form of a notarized statement and a
photograph of the posting to the City no later than seven (7) days prior to the public hearing
attesting to where and when the sign(s) were posted. Unless such Certificate is received by the
required date, the hearing will be continued.
The sign(s) shall be removed no later than three (3) days after the end of the public hearing for
which the sign(s) had been posted.

UDC 11-SA-5.
