PH Noticing PZCITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2013, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application RZ 13-003 by LTD, LLC for Rezone approval of 0.47 of an acre from the R-8 (Medium Density Residential) to the O- T (Old Town) zoning district for 807 N. Meridian Road located at 807 N. Meridian Road. A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Community Development Department, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, and is available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may contact the Community Development Department at (208) 884-5533 during regular business hours.
