Attached is the staff report for the proposed time extension on the preliminary plat for Bainbridge
Subdivision (TEC-13-002). This item is scheduled to be on the Council agenda on April 2nd. The public hearing
will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 7:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any
questions.
