RE: 'Spurwing Challenge Subdivision
Dear Mr. Rich:
Central District Health Department has reviewed and does approve the final plat for this
subdivision for central water and central sewer facilities. Final approval was given
May 1, 2013.
Sanitary restrictions as required by Idaho Code, Title 50, Chapter 13 have been satisfied based
on a review by a Qualified Licensed Professional Engineer (QLPE~ representing United Water
and the City of Meridian and the QLPE approval of the design plans and specifications and the
conditions imposed on the developer for continued satisfaction of the sanitary restrictions.
Buyer. is cautioned that at the time of this approval, no drinking water extensions or sewer
extensions were,constructed. $uilding construction can be allowed with appropriate building
permits if drinking water. extensions or sewer extensions have since been constructed or if the
developer is"simultaneously constructing those facilities. If the developer fails to construct
facilities then sanitary restrictions may be reimposed, in accordance with Section 50-1326,
Idaho Code, by the issuance of a certificate of disapproval, and no construction of any building
or shelter requiring drinking water or sewer/septic facilities shall be allowed.

13. Infiltration beds for storm water disposal are considered shallow injection wells. An application and fee must be
submitted to CDHD.

Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above-referenced
application as it lies outside of our district boundaries. Please contact Settlers Irrigation at
344-2471 or at PO Box 7571, Boise, ID 83707.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District
(NMID) must review drainage plans. The Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
