PH Noticing CCCITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, 2013, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications RZ 13-002 by WH Moore Company for Rezone of 32.87 acres of land from the C-N and TN-C zoning districts to the R-4 (16.55 acres) and R-15 (16.32 acres) zoning districts; PP 13-003 for Preliminary Plat approval consisting of 48 single-family residential building lots; one (1)multi-family residential lot; and nine (9) common/open space lots AND MDA 13-002 Modification to the Cavanaugh Development Agreement to exclude the subject property from the agreement for Red Wing Subdivision generally located Southeast Corner of S. Meridian Road (SH 69) and E. Victory Road. A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Community Development Department, 33 E. Any and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written materials should be submitted to the City Clerk's Office at 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho 83642, (208) 888-4433 or fax (208) 888-4218 no later than seven (7) days prior to the above hearing date so that all interested parties may examine them prior to the hearing. All materials presented at public meetings shall become property of the City of Meridian.
