Applicant Response to Staff ReportMachelle Hill From: Sam Johnson <sjohnson@scentsy.com> Sent: Wednesday, March 20, 2013 4:30 PM To: Sonya Watters; Machelle Hill; Jaycee Holman; Jacy Jones Subject: RE: Thompson Farm AZ-13-0 We have reviewed the staff report you provided and we agree with staff's recommendation to zone the property to R-2. At this time, we request that condition 2.21 requiring street lights along public roadways be delayed till the property is re-developed and rezoned in the future. When the property changes in use or re-develops we will apply for rezone to a commercial district. At that time, we will also request a couple waivers regarding the piping of the Hunter Lateral and the exiting driveway access on Locust Grove.
