We have reviewed the staff report you provided and we agree with staff's recommendation to zone the property to R-2.
At this time, we request that condition 2.21 requiring street lights along public roadways be delayed till the property is
re-developed and rezoned in the future.
When the property changes in use or re-develops we will apply for rezone to a commercial district. At that time, we will
also request a couple waivers regarding the piping of the Hunter Lateral and the exiting driveway access on Locust
Grove.
