Attached is the staff report for the proposed Heron Ridge Estates annexation, preliminary plat and alternative
compliance applications (File #AZ-13-002, PP-13-006 and ALT-13-007). These items are scheduled to be on the Planning
& Zoning Commission agenda on March 21, 2013. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue,
beginning at 7:00 pm. Please call or a-mail with any questions.
