It's too late for the hearing on Thursday night; we would have had to have the additional info & staff report to the
Clerk's office last week...the soonest we can get it on would be April 4`h...please send me a request for continuance to

We have redrawn the plat with Kalispell as a public road and with the added sidewalks. Please let me know what you
need submitted (I assume you need new full size copies but I just want to make sure). I got your voice mail about
rescheduling and was hoping we could get something set up as soon as possible (May seems kind of far out). Any
chance we can stick with the scheduled hearing this week? As soon as I hear frorn you I will get the Private Street
Application and the revised copies of the plat delivered to you.
