Re: ZOA 13-001 for UDC Text Amendments
The Idaho Transportation Department has received the application for the proposed text
amendment changes for the Unified Development Code. ITD has the following comments:
I. The ITD Board recently changed the approach separation standards. The proposed
block length sizes are shorter than the minimum ITD intersection requirements. ITD
requests that the UDC references to block length exclude block length requirements on
ITD roadways.
2. ITD has no issues with the other proposed changes to the UDC.
If you have any questions, you may contact Matt Ward at 334-8341 or me at 334-8377.
Sincerely,
~~~~~~
