PH Noticing PZCITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 21, 2013, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application PP 13- 005 by Oak Leaf Development, Inc. for Preliminary Plat approval consisting of four (4) single family lots and two (2) common lots on approximately 10.10 acres in an R-2 and R-8 zoning districts for Oak Leaf Subdivision generally located north of Chinden Boulevard, approximately a %. mile east of N. Black Cat Road. A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Community Development Department, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, and is available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may contact the Community Development Department at (208) 884-5533 during regular business hours.
