A special pre-council meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 5:30
p.m., Tuesday, January 22, 2013, by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, Charlie Rountree, Keith Bird, David
Zaremba.
Members Absent: Brad Hoaglun.

De Weerd: Okay. I will go ahead and call this meeting to order. It is a special meeting
of the City Council. Today's date is Tuesday, January 22nd. It's 5:30 p.m. I will start
with roll call attendance, Madam Clerk.
Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda Adopted
De Weerd: Thank you. Item No. 2 is adoption of the agenda.
Bird: Madam Mayor?
De Weerd: Mr. Bird.
Hoaglun: I move adoption of the special meeting agenda as amended.
Rountree: Second.
De Weerd: I have a motion and a second. All those in favor say aye. All ayes. Motion
carried.
THREE AYES. ONE ABSENT. MOTION CARRIED.
Item 3: Executive Session Per Idaho State Code 67-2345 (1)(d)(f): (d) To

De Weerd: We are adjourned into Executive Session.
