Subsequent time extensions for the project have been granted and a final plat for Bainbridge Church Subdivision was signed by the City Engineer on March 13, 2011. Even though we will soon request modification of several areas of the preliminary plat, it is not possible to secure the City Engineer's signature, as required, of unchanged portions of the approved plat by the March 13th expiration date.
