Conditional Use Permit
To: Whom It May Concern,
We are grateful for the opportunity to submit written testimony concerning conditional
use permit number 13-001. We have the pleasure of doing business in the City of
Meridian and within the subdivision in which Treasure Valley Pediatrics is proposing a
2265 square foot addition to their existing office.
Because our business resides within this subdivision, we have seen parking within the
subdivision escalate over the years and spill over to on street parking. We strongly urge
the Planning and Zoning Commission to thoroughly review the parking requirements of
this project. Please consider additional pressures placed on parking within a subdivision
that is already overcrowded and in violation of its own covenants. Congested on street
parking with the subdivision is a safety hazard and is aesthetically unappealing, reducing
the appeal to do business with the Resolution Business Park. We oppose any additional
burden placed on subdivision parking that may result in additional congestion from on
street parking.
