The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced comprehensive plan
amendment, zoning and preliminary plat application for Woodburn West Subdivision west of
Meridian Road and north of Ustick Road. ITD has the following comments:
1) ITD has no objection to these applications. The proposed rezone generates a similar
number of vehicle trips as the city's overall plan and does not require any new access to
the State Highway System.

Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above-referenced
application. We deliver irrigation water for this subdivision for Settlers Irrigation District.
Please contact Settlers Irrigation at 344-2471 or at PO Box 7571, Boise, ID 83707 for
comments regarding this proposed project.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District
(NMID) must review drainage plans. The Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
