PH Noticing PZCITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 21, 2013, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application RZ 13-001 by Legacy Church for Rezone of approximately 3.95 acres of land from the R-4 (Medium-low Density Residential District) zoning district to the O-T (Old Town District) for Legacy Church generally located south of W. Cherry Lane, between east NW 1St Street and N. Meridian Road and north of W. Maple Avenue.
