Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above-referenced
application for Time Extension.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. The following facilities traverse through this
property:
• Rosen Drain -easement of seventy feet (70'); forty feet (40') left and thirty feet (30')
right of centerline facing downstream.
• Purdam Drain -easement of one hundred feet (100'); fifty feet each side of centerline
• Marvin Lateral -easement of thirty-five feet (35'); ten feet (10') left side and twenty-five
feet (25') right side of centerline facing downstream.
• Kennedy. Lateral -easement of fifty-five feet (55'); twenty feet (20') left and thirty-five
feet (35') right side of centerline.
A Land Use Change Application is required before the start of any development.
All municipal surface drainage must be retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the
site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) must review drainage plans.

The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced time extension request for
the Baraya Subdivision on Franklin Road west of Ten Mile Road. ITD has the following
comments:
1) ITD has no objection to the requested time extension. Any change in the preliminary plat
will require a new level of analysis by the Idaho Transportation Department.

you are aware, Northwest Pipeline GP's two large diameter high pressure transmission pipelines are within the bounds
