Attached are the Planning &t Zoning Commission's recommendations and the Staff Report for the proposed
Comp Plan map amendment for Cavanaugh (CPAM-12005). These items are scheduled to be on the City
Council agenda on February 19th. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue,
beginning at 7:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
