The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced utility vacation
application for the commercial development on the southeast corner of SH-55 (Eagle Road)
and Ustick Road. ITD has the following review comments:
1. ITD has no objection to this application and requires no mitigation. The subject
application does not require any new access to the State Highway System.

Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above-referenced
application to vacate a portion of public domestic water easement.
NMID must approve all plans dealing with any encroachments within the easement of the
District's Milk Lateral which courses through this project. The easement for the Milk Lateral in
this area is fifty feet (50'}; twenty-five feet (25') each side of centerline. Any and alt
encroachments must have approved plans and signed License Agreement with NMID before
env construction starts.
