After discussing with my client, we are requesting that the Southridge Development Agreement modification be
continued until the Council meeting on February 19, 2013. The additional time is being requested so that we can work
with you to resolve your questions regarding the proposed modification, and to circulate the final result among the
multiple affected owners for their consent.
