PH Noticing PZCITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 17, 2013, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application CPAM 12-006 by Sawtooth Land Surveying, LLC for an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use map designation on 4.51 acres of land from low density residential to Office (1.01 acres) and medium density residential (3.50 acres) for Larkspur West located 105 E. Edmonds Court. A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Community Development Department, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, and is available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may contact the Community Development Department at (208) 884-5533 during regular business hours. Moore Company for an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use map designation on 32 +/- acres of land from Mixed Use Neighborhood with a Neighborhood Center overlay to Medium Density Residential; and from Medium Density Residential to Medium High Density Residential for Cavanaugh generally located Southeast corner of S.
