However due to the length of time that has elapsed since our prior approval of plans, and also due to numerous parties involved at this time; NMID requires a new Land Use Change Application for each separate phase. The District's Ridenbaugh Canal courses through this development and has an easement that MUST be protected of one hundred .feet (100'); fifty feet (50') each side of center. Any encroachments without the written consent of the District will not be acceptable. All municipal surface drainage must be retained on-site.
