Amenities will include a play area with gazebo, covered parking for 48 stalls, and a storage area. The apartment buildings themselves will have a residential look, modulated with gables and pedestrian scaled entrances. Other exterior features are a mixed palette of textures and colors, mostly done in vinyl for low-maintenance. The base and water table will be done as a two-coat stucco system to ground the building, and the roof will done as a nice shingle product with a natural, neutral color. This parcel of I and was formerly submitted to the City of Meridian as Rushmore Subdivision in 2006. It will still be known as Rushmore Subdivision and we will be submitting a preliminary plat and CUP as part of that process.
