The south wall where the existing garage door is will match existing adjacent wall finishes but include only a single 3070 man door. The west wall shall have the addition of two windows to match existing on same elevation. There is no landscaping changes planned as the exterior will be minimally affected. The results of this project will renovate 296sf from a single car garage space to an office.
