WHEREAS on or December 6, 201 1, Subrecipient and City entered into a Subrecipient
PY2011 Communit Develo ment Block Grant Funds ("December 6, 2011 Agreement")

("CDBG") funds in Subrecipient's programming;
WHEREAS Subreci lent requires additional time to complete such programming;

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants of the parties, the Parties agree
as follows:
