RE: Vacation of Existing Easements at the Honor Park Subdivision No. 3, as recorded in Book 78 of Plats at
Page 8191.
Dear Rus:
We have been requested by the owner of Lots 14, 15, 18 and 19, Block 2, Honor Park Subdivision No. 3, to
vacate the 5.0 foot utility easement created by Note 2 (see attached) on the plat for Honor Park Subdivision
No. 3 (Exhibit "A"). The owner wishes to vacate the easement to allow the construction of buildings over the
property lines agreed to in this vacation. By signing this document, Intermountain Gas Company relinquishes
its interest in the below-described easement and agrees to the vacation of said easement by the City of
Meridian.
Description:
1) All of the easement created by Note 2 of the recorded plat of the Honor Park Subdivision No. 3 as shown
on Exhibit "B", being 5-feet on each side of the lot lines common to Lots 14, 15, 18 and 19 of Block 2.
