considerations indicate approval.
^ 11. If restroom facilities are to be installed, then a sewage system MUST be installed to meet Idaho State

^ food establishment ^ swimming pools or spas ^ child care center
^ beverage establishment ^ grocery store
^ 13. Infiltration beds for storm water disposal are considered shallow injection wells. An application and fee must be
submitted to CDHD.

The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced Idaho Power vacation
application for Bower Street property. ITD has the following review comments:
I . ITD does not object to this vacation or require any mitigation. The vacation of the
overhead power lines does not impact the State Highway System.
