A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF NORTH SPURWING WAY
RIGHT-OF-WAY LOCATED IN A PORTION OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF SECTION 23,
TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST, BOISE MERIDIAN, CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on November 7, 2012 the City Council of Meridian, held a hearing on
the vacation of a portion of North Spurwing Way located in a portion of the South 1/2 of
Section 23, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada
County, Idaho, and
WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve said
described vacation; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That a portion of North Spurwing Way located in a portion of the South 1/~
of Section 23, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada
County, Idaho is hereby vacated. Copies of the necessary relinquishments are attached as
EXhlblt "A".
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
adoption and approval.
