CITY OF MERIDIAN
The Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has reviewed the above-mentioned proposed
project. If the storm drainage plans are constructed accordingly it will be acceptable to
the District.
Please contact the District's attorney, Mr. Bryce Farris at 342-4591 and ask that he
prepare a discharge agreement for the Jackson Drain. The District will maintain this
portion of the Jackson Drain once we have a secured roadway and easement.

This is a formal request for a time extension on the preliminary and final plat of Gemtone Subdivision. I1te City
Council approved Gemtone Subdivision No. 4 on May 4, 1999. The applicant submitted a revised final plat which
was heard by the City Council on February 15, 2000. The Council stated that the construction of Pine Street is a
priority of the City and they would not allow the exclusion of the roadway from the final plat. At that time we
indicated our desire for additional processing time for this phase. i agreed to withdraw the revised final plat
application i£the Council would entertain a time extension. The Council indicated that this was a reasonable
request and accepted our withdrawal.
Please schedule this request for time exrtension on the ne~.t available Council meeting.
