This split was the only split under separate ownership to occur since September 16, 1929 or earlier. I have attached the appropriate warrantee deeds supporting my conclusion. At that time and after hearing all testimony — the development application was remanded to staff. Staff was directed to evaluate and respond to several questions and issues that arose during the course of the hearing. The Commission also asked staff to prepare a new proposal. In response to this directive, please find two documents for your consideration. The first addresses the issues and concerns that were raised at the public hearing. Additionally, two funding options are offered for your contemplation: one option would cost the District approximately $885,977 and another that would initially cost the District $338,887. These costs result, in part, from the District's need to preserve the Hill Road corridor alignment from development intrusion. The second document is the development application that was submitted to the Commission prior to last November's public hearing.
