Subject: Citadel Self Storage
We are owners of the property located at 790 E. Boulder Bar, which borders the
proposed site for Citadel Self Storage. We are in favor of the project. We
attended a meeting conducted by the builder describing the project. The
elevations and sample materials were attractive and would be a favorable
addition to the neighborhood. Over the past 2 years the property site was used
as an illegal dump which, in addition to being an eyesore caused us and our
neighbors' problems with vermin, dust, and an overall dangerous situation for the
community.
There are many types of business that could develop the property; we believe
Citadel Self Storage will be a clean, quiet neighbor and positive addition to
Meridian.
